Iza has been doing this role informally for some time. We’re formalising it as we see Iza and the role as fundamental to the success of the GroupM CEE market alliance.”.

Albrychiewicz added: “While informally leading the GroupM CEE market alliance I’ve had a chance to get to know and understand the region’s markets. I see great potential for closer cooperation and exchange of knowledge and innovation. The formalization of my new role coincides with the client trend of marketing department regionalization structures, and their requirement for agency partners with aligned representation. In my new role, I will be closer to the needs of advertisers and the specifics of the globalizing media market. GroupM and our agencies are in a unique position to support clients define a new era of advertising as the largest market player, with a share oscillating around 30% in advertising investments”.
