Poland’s Play Group, which is owned by iliad, has acquired the telco Syrion for an undisclosed fee.
Syrion is based in Zory and operates a 3,000km fibre-optic network that serves over 86,000 households in more than 80 towns in the voivodships of Slask, Opole and Lubelskie. It offers internet, telecom and digital TV services to individual, business and wholesale customers.
