DAZN FAST and DAZN RISE go on Zattoo

May 31, 2023 08.16 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

The channels DAZN FAST and DAZN RISE are now available on the TV streaming provider Zattoo in Germany and Austria.

Thanks to this collaboration, users at Zattoo can watch programme highlights from the top international leagues LaLiga, Serie A and Ligue 1, as well as the best women’s sports. Zattoo is the first TV streaming provider on the market to simultaneously launch DAZN FAST and DAZN RISE in both Germany and Austria.

The channels are available for all Zattoo subscriptions and, in Germany, also for users of the ad-supported free model.

Commenting on the development, Constanze Gilles, general manager Direct-to-Consumer at Zattoo, said: “We are pleased to further expand our offer for users interested in sports with DAZN FAST and DAZN RISE. The interest in the women’s sports leagues is increasing especially, and we can cater to this with DAZN RISE.

“Zattoo deliberately positions itself as an alternative to classic cable television and also focuses on content that cable customers do not have today”.

Alice Mascia, CEO of DAZN in the DACH region, added: “We are delighted to be able to launch DAZN RISE and DAZN FAST on Zattoo in Germany and Austria perfectly in time for the final of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. Our goal is to make our free-to-air offer accessible to as many sports fans as possible. It’s therefore very important for fans to be able to access the channels on the biggest platforms, and Zattoo is definitely one of the most popular TV streaming platforms in the region”.
