Cobalt announces ANGA presence

Cobalt Digital, which designs and manufactures edge devices for live video production, is presenting its product portfolio at ANGA COM 2023.

On display on Smart Video Group’s Stand B23 in Hall 7 are the recently launched Sapphire converter series, 9992 encoder/decoder family enriched with RIST Adaptive Encoding, and a video content transport solution that operates in the cloud.

Cobalt’s Director of Sales for EMEA, Berend Blokzijl, will be representing the company as well as presenting a Wednesday afternoon session (24 May RIST Gateway by Cobalt – Reliable (live) Contribution of Broadcast Feeds over the Internet on ANGA COM’s Innovation Stage which is part of the new Streaming & OTT Hub in Hall 7.

“ANGA COM brings together network operators, vendors and content providers all interested in uncovering the best solutions to solve the challenges of broadband and media distribution,” said Blokzijl. “This is such an important segment of the industry and Cobalt is so excited to showcase our solutions on Smart Video Group’s stand. We couldn’t ask for a more experienced partner, one that knows the extended regional market and cares deeply about providing the most appropriate solution to each individual customer.”

The Sapphire 8JXS-8S openGear card and the Sapphire BBG-2110-H/S & Sapphire BBG-2110-2H mini converters will be available for shipping in Summer 2023.
