Agama to Showcase Powerful Video Observability Solution at ANGA COM 2023

May 22, 2023 11.58 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Agama Technologies, which provides real-time observability and analytics solutions for video service quality and customer experience, has announced it will showcase its advanced video observability solution at this year’s ANGA COM. The solution empowers video service providers to deliver the best possible customer experience, with the inclusion of the DEPI Analyzer designed to streamline infrastructure analytics.

Agama offers deployment flexibility, allowing service providers to utilise the solution in on-premises data centres as well as for cloud encoding observability. This ensures that service providers have the necessary insights to adapt to evolving technologies and markets.

Johan Görsjö, Product & Engineering Director at Agama, said he was pleased to return to Cologne: “Our solution enables video service providers to stay at the forefront of ensuring top-quality video delivery to their viewers. We have listened to the market and our customers’ needs, developing a future-proof solution that brings unparalleled value throughout the operator organisation.”

In a highly competitive and rapidly evolving video environment, real-time data and insights are crucial for video service providers to promptly identify service issues, enhance operational efficiency across teams and departments, and improve customer satisfaction.

Cloud and hybrid encoding workflows have become attractive options for video service providers due to their increased efficiency, reliability, and scalability in encoding pipelines. Agama’s video observability solution helps service providers save time and mitigate the risk of errors through automated configurations. Continuous observability and monitoring of encoding pipelines ensure consistent service performance and enable rapid identification and resolution of issues in video delivery.

Görsjö added, “Utilising the public cloud allows video service providers to scale their service instances rapidly and effectively, without the burden of managing the IT and hardware components themselves. This significantly reduces deployment time and enhances flexibility, but it also introduces new challenges, particularly when managing a distributed architecture.”

Agama Video Observability is a comprehensive video insights solution compatible with both IP and cable providers. Its powerful observability capabilities enable users to gain control over their entire network’s performance, ensuring a seamless video experience for their customers.
