French commercial broadcaster TF1 has named Raphaëlle Deflesselle as its new director of technologies and information systems.
Deflesselle succeeds Thomas Jacques who is leaving the Group.
TF1 Group is currently engaged in ‘strategic digital acceleration’ with the intention of becoming the leading streaming platform in France for information and family entertainment.
Deflesselle will be responsible for defining and implementing the necessary technology developments in collaboration with the Group’s various businesses.
As part of her role, Deflesselle will also lead the engineering and operation of the Group’s broadcast systems and information systems, IT operations and the Innovation Department.

Deflesselle joined Bouygues Telecom in 1996 and participated in the implementation of network supervision tools, within the network operations department. She then held various managerial positions in technical departments from 1999 to 2009. In 2010, she was appointed head of the Performance department of the information systems department (DSI), then head of IT infrastructure in 2013. Until 2019, Raphaëlle she also held the position of Director of Governance, Studies and IT Transformation of the IT Department of Bouygues Telecom. Since June 2019, she has been Director of Operations and Projects at Bouygues Telecom Enterprises.
