Comcast is likely to sell is 33% stake in the streamer Hulu to Walt Disney Company at the beginning of 2024.
Quoting Comcast chief executive Brian Roberts, CNBC adds that that this will be the most likely scenario following a deal struck in 2019 that gave Disney the option to buy out Hulu next year.
He added that the transaction would probably be higher than the $27.5 billion valuation set in 2019.
Speaking last week, Disnet CEO revealed that talks about a deal had already taken place between the two companies.
