United Media inks UEFA deal

May 10, 2023 10.52 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

United Media has signed a new multi-year contract for the rights to broadcast the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League on Sport Klub channel in Slovenia.

The contract extends a successful partnership that began in 2012.

Commenting on the contract extension, Nemanja Simeunovic, CEO of Sport Klub, said: “I am thrilled that we have secured the rights to continue broadcasting those impressive football competitions until 2027. This is a significant achievement for us and cements Sport Klub’s position as the most prestigious sports channel in Slovenia. Our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality sports content to our viewers is reflected in this agreement, and we believe that it will enhance the viewing experience for our audience even further”.

Sport Klub is available via Telemach, Total TV and other operators, as well as the Eon platform.
