TF1 Group’s streaming platform MyTF1 will debut on Amazon Fire TV Thursday.
The broadcaster said the agreement with Amazon came out of its desire to support the evolution of French video consumption habits and to make its content accessible on all media.
People with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube, Echo Show 15 or compatible smart TV can access MYTF1 by downloading the app – quick access is available by asking Alexa to “démarre MYTF1”.
Claire Basini, CEO, B2C activities, TF1 Group said: “The partnership with Amazon marks a new stage in the deployment of MYTF1 on all screens, now accessible to 85% of French people equipped with a connected TV. We are delighted to be able to offer the richness and quality of our content such as The Voice, Koh-Lanta or Daily to Amazon Fire TV users”.
MYTF1 features a catalogue of 5,000 hours of content including more than 100 films, French and international drama and cartoons. There is also a selection of FAST channels.
A monthly subscription of €4.99 adds live TV from 5 channels channels (TF1, TMC, TFX, TF1 Séries Films and LCI), 48-hour previews of daily series, 30-day replays; broadcast in HD and commercial free.
