On Monday, Netflix Tweeted an apology to disappointed fans: “To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned.”
The show was recorded and now air globally at 12.00 PT Monday.
The reality TV show, created by Chris Coelen and produced by Kinetic Content, is now in its fourth season. It follows the lives of 15 men and women who set off on a path to find true love. Couples are initially paired in a speed-dating format, but later can choose to have longer dates. The daters may extend a marriage proposal whenever they feel ready, but only meet face to face after a marriage proposal is accepted.
