Roku is to let go of another 200 employees in a new round of staff cuts.
In addition to the redundancies, which represent about 6 per cent of its workforce, the streaming device company also reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission that it would also be looking to leave office space around San Francisco Bay, which it no longer occupies.
The latest wave came after Roku warned it was facing a difficult economy and a quiet ad market.
Roku had already announced 200 job cuts in the United States in 2022.
Last month, it emerged Roku had been hit by the collapse of the US Silicon Valley Bank. The set-top box and streaming services provider confirmed $1.9 billion cash, $487 million was with the SVB.
