United Group’s Greek operator Nova has now surpassed 400,000 TV subscribers.
According to the company, its growth is being spearheaded by the Eon platform, which offers such features as a complete programme guide, personalised content recommendation engine, remote control, profile creation, voice support and an on demand smart searchable catalogue.
The Eon application is available for new generation smart TVs, without additional devices, while the Eon Smart Box turns any TV into a smart TV.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, United Group brought Eon to Greece in October 2021.
United Group has been present in the Greek market since 2020, when it acquired Forthnet.
This was subsequently renamed Nova, which was then combined with another Greek acquisition (Wind Hellas) to form the current company Nova.
