Konstantin Obukhov has been appointed the general producer of TV-3, which is part of Russia’s Gazprom-Media.
Obukhov is known as the chief content producer of Comedy Club Production, also part of Gazprom-Media, prior to which he was general producer at RTVI. At TV-3, he will be responsible for both updating already launched projects and creating new sponsored formats.
Commenting on his appointment, Obukhov said: “I am glad to join the GPM RTV family and I say many thanks to Alexander Zharov, Tina Kandelaki and Boris Khanchalyan for their trust. For me, this is a very important and responsible decision, and I will do my best not to let the holding down. I hope that with my participation, with the advent of a new team, TV-3 will grow and develop. In addition to the already beloved series and shows, new big projects will appear on the channel – something fresh and unusual. The changes will be noticeable soon – we will surprise the audience starting this spring. Together we will make a new TV-3!”
