The Polish National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has announced that three slots on the country’s eighth multiplex (MUX-8) will be made available through an auction.
This will be undertaken in cooperation with Emitel, the multiplex’s operator. The three slots were formerly used by the Polish public broadcaster TVP, with the channels have sinced been moved to MUX-6.
MUX-8 currently carries the commercial channels Metro TV, Nowa TV, Telewizja WP and Zoom TV.
Interested parties are invited to submit their plans to KRRiT by the end of this month.
