Lucy Frazer is to become the new UK’s Secretary of State for Culture, Media, and Sport in a restyled department.
Her predecessor, Michelle Donelan, takes the Digital element of her former brief with her as she becomes Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology.
Ms Frazer is the Conservative MP for South East Cambridgeshire and has held a variety of positions since she was first elected in May 2015.
Most recently she was Minister of State for Housing and Planning. She has also served as Solicitor General, Minister of State for Prisons and Probations, and Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice.
