Hungary’s 4iG has appointed new senior executives in order to integrate Vodafone Hungary and the existing telecommunications portfolio.
The executives will be responsible for identifying synergies within the group and harmonising business operations.
As of March 1, Sacha Dudler will join the 4iG group’s senior management team as deputy CEO, in charge of leading the transformation and integration processes across the group.
In line with the integration objectives, Vodafone Hungary will be led by László Blénessy as CEO of 4iG Plc, who as deputy general CEO was previously in charge of business processes.
He will be assisted by Tamás Tábori, CEO of Digi, as deputy general CEO of Vodafone Hungary, who will support the coordination of the B2C service areas of the group in his dual role.
Csaba Thurzó, deputy CFO of the 4iG group, has been appointed to lead the financial areas of Vodafone Hungary.
Balázs Révész, who stepped down as CEO of Vodafone following the change of ownership, will continue in his former position as deputy CEO of the company’s residential services business unit.
