The Czech operator O2 has introduced a new programme package named O2 TV Zlata Voyo.
It gives access to exclusive O2 TV content as well as to thousands of films, series, reality shows and original projects created by Voyo Original, to which it has added the movie and series channels AXN and AXN Black.
Commenting on the development, Anna Lenerova, head of content at O2 TV, said: “Given the great interest of our customers in the Voyo package, which we added to the O2 TV offer back in December, we decided to create a completely new, full-fledged tariff that will offer access to Voyo”.
Significantly, O2 TV customers will be able to – just as with all standard tariffs up to now – change the tariff themselves once a month, i.e. in this case between O2 TV Zlata sVoyo and Zlata sHBO.
Lenerova added: “We believe that being able to switch from HBO to Voyo every once in a while, or vice versa, can be a welcome change for O2 TV viewers that will really expand their options. In addition, customers will be able to manage their settings very easily in My O2, where they can also add various packages to their tariff”.
Broadband TV News notes that Voyo is a long-established streaming service operated by TV Nova, one of the Czech Republic’s leading broadcasters. Along with the channels Nova Sport-3 and 4, it was added to O2 TV’s offer at the beginning of December last year.
