Content from Nuffield Health, Fiit and Fit at Home is now available to Virgin Media TV customers.
The cablenet says customers can enjoy a range of sessions including yoga, cardio, strength and kid’s workouts, saving them on the cost of classes.
According to a YouGov survey, 53% of Britons who have made a new year’s resolution plan to do more exercise or improve their fitness this year, with 41% also wanting to save more money in 2023

So, pick up the remote control, dig out that sports kit and we’ll help you keep at least one New Year resolution in 2023.”
The workouts are available to all Virgin TV customers across TiVo, V6, TV 360 and Stream at no extra cost.
Sky has access to Fitt and Peloton, both of which require ongoing subscriptions.
