Romania’s Digi Communications risks its growth in Spain and other European countries by delaying the presentation of its accounts for 2021 for a fourth time.
El Economista reports that KPMG included caveats in the report that Digi has failed to respond to.
It adds that Digi is one of the great drivers of the Spanish telecommunications market, specialising in the low-price segment, with more than 3.43 million mobile customers, 658,000 fibre lines and 223,000 landline accesses in the country.
Digi (RCS&RDS) is the leading provider of pay-TV services in Romania. It also has a presence in the mobile markets in Portugal and Italy.
