The Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT) ended the third quarter with 539,000 TV subscribers in its home market.
This, according to the company in its latest results, was 1.2% more than in the same period last year. Meanwhile, TV ARPU increased by 1.5% to HRK87 (€11.5).
HT’s Montenegrin subsidiary Crnogorski Telekom performed even better in subscriber number terms, seeing its total grow by 6.7% to 79,000.
HT has both included and excluded Optima Telekom, which is now part of Telemach Hrvatska, in its results. Without its contribution for H1, HT Group’s organic revenue for the first nine months of this year was HRK5.535 million, up 2.8% on a year earlier.
Its net profit was HRK525 million, up 19.7% on the previous year. However, net profit in Q3 was, at HRK224 million, 17.6% down on the same period last year.
