The streaming service Voyo now has over 400,000 subscribers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Furthermore, reports Digizone, quoting the platform’s operator TV Nova, its average usage time is 12 hours a week.
It adds that the last publicly released figure for its take-up was 350,000 in spring this year, while the company’s goal is to reach 1 million subscribers in the two countries by 2026.
Daniel Grunt, the head of digital activities at TV Nova’s owner CME, said that Voyo is within sight of being one of (the average) of three SVOD services that households subscribe to in 2025.
