The Czech tower company CRA has appointed Jiri Cernik its financial director.
?ernik has been in the field of finance and controlling for more than 15 years. At Prague Airport, he was also responsible for long-term investment projects, and from the position of chairman of the supervisory board, he also supervised the management of subsidiaries. Before that, he held the position of financial director of Skanska in the region of Central Europe, he was also responsible for the area of information technology and central purchasing. He also worked for the companies Ernst&Young, Jihomoravská plynarenska, Honeywell and Zetor.
Commenting on the appointment, Milos Mastnik, CEO of CRA, said: “With his experience, Jiri Cernik will bring a new perspective to our current situation as well as upcoming projects and investments, and I believe that in the current turbulent economic situation he will be able to maintain the direction we have set”.
