Technetix has expanded its footprint in North America after completing the acquisition of Lindsay Broadband Inc.
The purchase of the Ontario-based company will also allow Technetix to offer customers a broader range of solutions for HFC, fiber and mobile networks.
Technetix will add Lindsay’s HQ site in Peterborough, Canada covering sales, R&D, distribution and manufacturing departments and its sales all across the Americas, adding to Technetix’ existing Americas presence in Denver and Mexico City.
