Recently launched Disney+ is now as popular as HBO Max among internet and mobile users in Poland.
According to research undertaken by Mediapanel and published by Wirtualne Media, it had 4,220,424 real users and a reach of 14.21% in July. This placed it in third place, just behind HBO Max, which had corresponding figures of 4,289,274 and 14.44% respectively.
However, the average time watching Disney+ was 3:36:27, compared to HBO Max’s 1:37:40.
Although Netflix lost ground during the month, it was still by far the most popular OTT/VOD service in the country, with 12,524,526 real users and a reach of 42.22%.
Other services that saw gains in July included Viaplay and Prime Video, while Player lost ground.
Disney+ made its debut in Poland on June 14.
