Tele2 ended the second quarter with 905,000 digital TV subscribers in its home market Sweden.
This, according to the company in its latest set of results, was down 4% on the same period last year.
Of the total, 631,000 (-2%) were cable and fibre, and 274,000 (-9%) DTT. Revenues from digital TV services in Q2 amounted to SEK674 million (€63.9 million), down 3% on the same period last year.
Tele2, which also has operations in the Baltics, had total revenues of SEK6,820 million in Q1, compared to SEK6,572 million a year earlier.
Its underlying EBITDA was SEK2,790 million (SEK2,686 million) and net profit SEK847 million (SEK1,367 million).
