The Italian competition regulator AGCOM has given its approval to commitments made by streaming service DAZN.
AGCOM had launched an investigation after complaints about the quality of the broadcaster’s streaming and concerns over customer care.
DAZN, which had opted for an online service, has promised to offer a more traditional service as one of 11 commitments. It has also promised to undertake a series of measures to prevent further glitches to its streams.
Also included are a joint monitoring unit with the authority and the optimisation of the lowest encoding profiles
Recently, DAZN announced its pricing structure for the next Serie A season; the Standard profile will cost €29.99 per month and will guarantee the registration of two devices and simultaneous viewing only on the same network; the Plus profile will cost €39.99 and will allow you to register up to six devices with two simultaneous streams.
