Disney+ has hit the ground running in Poland, becoming the third most popular VOD/OTT service among internet users in the first two weeks following its launch on June 14.
According to research undertaken by Mediapanel for Wirtualne Media, it had 3,689,226 real users (website and app) and a reach of 12.40%.
This put it just behind HBO Max, with 4,419,198 real users and reach of 14.85%, with Netflix still the clear leader (13,514,203 real users and a reach of 45.41%).
Netflix strengthened its position while HBO Max lost ground in June.
Several other, well established platforms including Player and Canal+ also lost internet viewers last month.
