Hungary’s 4iG has made several executive appointments alongside the strategic transformation and integration of its telecom companies.
István Király is the new CEO of Antenna Hungária as of July 1, while his predecessor Tamás Tábori has taken charge of Digi and its subsidiaries Invitel, Digi Infrastructure and i-TV.
Furthermore, a new organisational unit with headquarters in Tirana will be created to manage 4iG’s international telecommunications portfolio.
The head of 4iG International is Róbert Budafoki, who is responsible for the management and integration tasks of the Albanian and Montenegrin subsidiaries.
According to a preliminary announcement, Csaba Bothe, a key player in the Hungarian telecommunications infrastructure, will is the MD of Invitech from July 1, replacing Gerald Grace at the company.
