Successful IPO for Broadpeak

Broadpeak has declared its IPO on Euronext Growth Paris a major success.

The total gross transaction amounted to €20 million and the offer was oversubscribed 1.5 times with total demand of €28.3 million. Of this, €25.1 million was requested by institutional investors and €3.2 million by individual investors. The offering price was €6.41, for a market capitalisation of €80 million, with the start of trading being on June 13.

Commenting on the IPO, Jacques Le Mancq, CEO of Broadpeak, said: “We are extremely proud of the great success of the IPO and I would like to thank our team, our customers and partners that have contributed in making Broadpeak the leader it is today! We are now going to be able to strengthen the development of highly performant technologies, accelerate the growth of our SaaS platform and increase our market reach!”
