The news channel Ukraine 24 is now watched by 105 million households worldwide.
According to Media Group Ukraine (MGU), it is carried by several leading operators. Thanks to an agreement with Vodafone, it is received in 18.6 million households in Ireland, the Netherlands, Hungary and Germany, while in Poland, Slovakia and France it is offered to 7.7 million households by Orange. A further 2.5 million are reached via Sling TV in the US, 17 million in the UK via Freeview’s Channelbox and 1.5 million in Poland on TVN Go.
It adds that integration with large news platforms has become an innovative solution for providing the foreign press and TV channels with up-to-date information on the situation in Ukraine. These include New Delhi Television (India, 100 million users daily), Toober (India, 10 million subscribers), CCTV (140 million subscribers in China), CGTN (900 million households worldwide) and Fox News (US, 2.5 million subscribers).
