Rafal Ogrodnik has been appointed CFO and COO of Warner Bros.Discovery in Poland, effective June.
He will take over from Jaroslaw Wichowski, who was CFO and COO of TV Dicovery Group ahead pf its merger with Warner Media in Poland and is now leaving the company. He will also replace him on TVN’s board.
Ogrodnik has been the SVP global integration – finance, overseeing the company’s merger with Warner Media from the financial side.
He was responsible for the operational and financial division at TVN Discovery Group from 2018 to February 2022.
