Broadband TV News has entered into a partnership with the industry forum OTT Question Time.
The latter was founded by Kauser Kanji, the MD of VOD Professional, in the early part of the Covid pandemic in order to keep the lines of communication open with colleagues and clients. Since then it has evolved into a major industry event and covered a wide range of topics including Netflix’s technology budget, rise of addressable advertising, how SVODs decide on their pricing structures and the environmental effects of streaming.
The next event, which is being hosted in association with Broadband TV News, will take place this Thursday, May 19 and take as its theme The return of bundles. Streamed live at 4pm UK/5pm CET, it will feature Pat Byrden, VP of Business Development & Strategy at TiVo, Marion Ranchet, formerly of Roku and now founder and MD of The Local Act Consultancy, and Alan Wolk, co-founder and Lead Analyst at TVREV.
