United Group’s revenues in 2021 amounted to €1,894.3 million, or 63% more than a year earlier.
This, according to the group in its latest results, was down to a number of factors including Vivacom (Bulgaria), Nova (Greece), Telemach (Croatia) and Nova (Bulgaria), as well as organic growth of the sub base, migration of subs to multiplay packages, prince increases and the impact of other acquisitions in 2020/21.
United Group’s adjusted EBITDAal in 2021 was €695.7 million (€434.2 million) and loss -€90.1 million (-€64.5 million).
As of the end of 2021 United Group had 11.33 million RGUs, or 4% more than a year earlier.
ARPU was down 11% to €17.7 due to repositioning following the acquisition of Vivacom in 2020.
Its cable pay-TV RGU total was 1,624,000 (+120,000) and DTH pay-TV ARPU total 1,013,000 (-1%).
