Telecom Italia Group (TIM) has received a non-binding offer from CVC to buy a minority stake in a new company that would include the activities of its Enterprise division.
The new company, set up on the completion of the transaction, would also include Noovle, Olivetti, Telsy and Trust Technologies.
According to TIM, the proposal will be submitted to its board of directors for any potential deliberation.
TIM has also confirmed that discussion with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) are still being held “in order to obtain information regarding the attractiveness, actuality and deliverability of the non-binding and indicative expression of interest sent on November 17, 2021”.
