The Austrian versions of RTL, RTLzwei, Super RTL, VOX, n-tv and Nitro can now be received in HD quality on Hutchison Drei Austria’s streaming platform Drei TV.
With RTLup HD, a new channel was added. Existing Drei TV customers receive the HD upgrade automatically and at no extra charge. For new customers, the first month is free, after which the subscription will continue to cost €9.90 per month.
“We are pleased that RTL is now even more strongly represented in the Drei TV line-up – including user-friendly product features such as a recording function for time-shifted television in HD quality,” said Günter Lischka, Division Manager B2C at Drei. “In response to many customer requests, two thirds of our more than 50 Drei TV channels are already in HD quality.”
The streaming service can be used via the Drei TV app on smart TVs, Fire TV sticks and Apple TV as well as mobile Android and iOS devices with any internet service provider.
