The Slovak alternative telco Slovanet has agreed to buy the operator RadioLan for an undisclosed fee.
News of the transaction was confirmed to Zive by Roman Gregus, Slovanet’s internal and external communications manager.
RadioLan operates mainly in western Slovakia and Povazie, providing triple play services to over 30,000 customers.
Meanwhile, according to the most recently published annual report for 2020, Slovanet is 100% owned by Snet Group, itself owned by Slovanet’s original senior management.
