Austrian IPTV service provider Ocilion expands its platform with the pay-TV channels Spiegel TV Wissen and Spiegel Geschichte.
In addition to the linear channels, the distribution agreement also includes additional rights such as 7-day replay, restart, recordings (nPVR) and a pause/play function.
“We are convinced that our unique mix of locally produced documentaries and reports and high-quality international programmes is an indispensable element of any German-language TV offering. We are pleased that Ocilion and its affiliated network operators are now also distributing our channels and are excited about the partnership,” said Dr Patrick Hörl, Managing Director of Spiegel TV Wissen and Spiegel Geschichte.
