Zan Godec has been appointed senior business development manager at Oslo-based Appear and will be responsible for expanding the company’s activities in Southeast Europe.
Godec has over 25 years of experience in the industry and handled such areas as OTT, digital TV, CAS, DTH and cable.
Throughout his career, he has cooperated with various pay-TV operators, supporting them in the launch of all types of pay-TV platforms. An industry veteran of digital TV since its inception, he has been involved in the growth of many MSOs, from small to the region’s largest companies today.
Godec was most recently at Nagra, prior to which he held positions at – amongst others – Conax, Nagravision and Teleste.
