Telecom Italia (TIM) has announced a group reorganisation and the departure of two senior executives.
Both Nicola Grassi, chief technology & operations officer, and Carlo Nardello, chief strategy, business development & transformation officer, will leave the company.
The chief technology & operations officer function merges into the new chief network, operations & wholesale office function entrusted to Stefano Siragusa, who assumes the role of deputy of the general manager.
Meanwhile, the new chief strategy & business development office function is entrusted ad interim to Claudio Ongaro.
The chief consumer, small & medium market office function is entrusted to Pietro Labriola ad interim, the chief enterprise market office function to Massimo Mancini and the brand strategy & commercial communication function entrusted ad interim to Sandra Aitala. T
he procurement function is entrusted ad interim to Simone De Rose, while Paolo Chiriotti, reporting directly to the general manager, is the reference for the management of business transformation projects.
The company notes that Grassi holds 260,000 ordinary shares and Nardello holds 426,616 TIM ordinary shares.
