Poland’s Polsat Box, previously Cyfrowy Polsat, has introduced the new polsat box 4K lite set-top box.
It can be connected both to a satellite dish and to the internet and used in each of the three technologies in which Polsat Box provides TV services, namely satellite, cable IPTV and internet.
Commenting on the development, Tomasz Grzymala, manager of the television offer department at Cyfrowy Polsat, which provides Polsat Box services, said: “The polsat box 4K lite decoder is compact, lightweight and state-of-the-art. It provides great image quality, functions that allow you to watch content regardless of the TV schedule, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth remote control. This device means freedom of access to entertainment of the highest quality and freedom of choice – in line with our slogan ‘You rule. Choose your everything’”.
The polsat box 4K lite decoder is also a new and unique Duo functionality on the market, available only to Polsat Box customers. It allows them to freely switch between satellite TV and cable IPTV within the same TV offer and one package fee.
In addition, it has a Wi-Fi module, and thanks to the Polsat Box Go application allows access to an extensive library of VOD content.
