The Polish public broadcaster TVP has brought forward the launch of its new English language internet channel in response to the crisis on the Poland/Belarus border.
TVP World, which was due to make its debut on January 1, 2022, was officially launched today (Thursday, November 18) at 08.00 with a special programme entitled Border Crisis.
It can be viewed globally online, 24/7, on tvpworld.com, and via satellite and TVP Info between 01.00-05.00 CET.
According to TVP, in producing TVP World it has entered into close cooperation with public broadcasters in Lithuania and Ukraine in the face of a hybrid attack from the east.
