Netflix holds the best performing brand in the UK, according to the research organisation YouGov.
The 2021 UK Best Brand Rankings reveal Netflix to be the most positively perceived brand among British consumers. The streaming platform has managed to claim the top spot with a score of 43.6 points, one point and one place higher than in 2020.
Netflix has knocked retailer John Lewis from the top spot, while Marks & Spencer is now second.
Britons’ growing love of streaming services is reflected in the brands that have made the greatest improvements, with Disney+ topping the list on a 6.9-point increase, while Amazon Prime Video and All 4 have also seen a significant uptick.
Sky Arts decision to become a free-to-air channel has been rewarded with a large increase in Impression, Quality and Satisfaction metrics, with scores jumping around 50%.
