The Latvian incumbent Tet has appointed Dmitrijs Nikitins a member of its board.
Nikitin joined Tet in 2008 and held several leading positions since 2013. He has been the company’s CTO since August this year and will continue in the role.
The appointment was approved by Tet’s council and at a shareholders’ meeting.
In the board, Gints Bukovskis (CFO) and Ingrida Rone (director of the human and environmental service) will continue to work under the chairmanship of Uldis Tatarcuks.
