Magyar Telekom increased its TV subscriber base by 6% in Hungary in the year to September 30.
According to the company’s latest set of results, it stood at 1,287,873 as of the end of Q3. Meanwhile, blended TV ARPU grew by 2.3% to HUF3,364 (€9.32) over the same period, while total TV revenue in Q3 was 8.6% higher than a year earlier at HUF12,888 million.
In North Macedonia, Telekom’s local operation grew its TV subscriber base by 3.5% to 144,975 over the same period and TV revenue in Q3 amounted to HUF1,330 million, or 2.2% more than a year earlier.
Magyar Telekom as a whole had revenues of HUF178,088 million (+6.2%) in Q3, while its EBITDA and net profit were HUF66,373 million (+9.3%) and HUF19,431 million (-1.3%).
