The Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has re-appointed two board members for a period of three years.
As a result, Natasa Rapaic will continue as a member of the management board and COO Residential (COOR), and Ivan Bartulovic as member of the management board and chief human resources officer (CHRO), starting their renewed terms on February 1 and March 1, 2022 respectively.
Commenting on the reappointments, Kostas Nebis, president of the management board, said:“I’m delighted with Natasa’s and Ivan’s re-appointment as they have been a huge part of HT’s success. Along with their experience, in-depth knowledge of the industry, strategic and leadership skills they have with their teams enabled HT to make big strides forward, reach significant company milestones and set industry standards. The management board of HT comprises of five members, namely: Kostas Nebis, CEO, Natasa Rapaic, in charge of residential customers, Ivan Bartulovic, in charge of human resources, Daniel Daub, in charge of finance and Boris Drilo in charge of technical and information functions.
