Russia’s National Media Group (NMG) and Rostelecom are preparing to launch a package four sports TV channels.
Vedomosti reports that Media Telecom, a subsidiary of the two companies has received licences to launch the channels, which will be named Goool!, NHL TV, VS-Versus and StreamCamp.
It adds that the channels will be distributed non-terrestrially. Media Telecom already operates a number of non-terrestrial TV channels, the most well-known of which is UFC TV.
