Vodafone partners with TV Nova

September 3, 2021 10.12 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Vodafone will make the channels Nova Sport 3 and 4 available to its customers in the Czech Republic on September 7.

As a result, they will now be able to watch the Champions League, Germany’s Bundesliga and Spain’s LaLiga.

Commenting on the development, Quique Vivas, Vodafone Czech Republic’s Vice President for Non-Corporate Customers, said: “Vodafone TV wants to be the first choice for all family members and to come up with an attractive TV offer. This includes sports, which is why we are pleased to announce a new partnership with Nova TV. At Vodafone TV, viewers will receive top sports content very conveniently – currently, for example, in the Komfort tariff for 3 months free of charge, in combination with a fixed internet connection. Even then, the price for television will remain almost half price”.

During the first three months, viewers will only pay CZK70 (€2.76) for renting a set-top box.

Nova Sport 3 and 4 will be part of the TV Komfort and TV Komplet tariffs, so customers don’t have to pay extra. Another option is the Sport package, which can be purchased for CZK99 with the basic Klasik tariff.

TV Nova CEO Klára Brachtlová added: “Our priority is to offer the exclusive content of our sports channels to the widest possible audience, so we are pleased with the new cooperation with Vodafone TV”.
