The Hungarian cable operator Digi experienced a national shutdown of its network on Saturday, July 17.
Media1 reports that it had problems with its internet, telephony and TV services, and even the company’s customer service and website were inaccessible.
It adds that Digi said on Saturday evening that services had only partially been restored, with problems with its TV and mobile operations still being experienced in some areas.
Romanian-owned Digi is one of the leading providers of electronic communication services in Hungary and is currently in the process of being sold to 4iG.
