July 19, 2021 08.44 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Elisa saw little change in its TV subscriber total in the year to June 30.

In its home market Finland, the company ended the second quarter with 523,000 cable TV customers, up from 520,000 in the same period last year.

Meanwhile in Estonia, its cable TV subscriber was unchanged at 117,000 and the number of DTT subscribers fell by 1,000 to 86,000.

The total fixed subscriptions in Finland stood at 1,147,000 (1,191,000) as of June 30, while in Estonia they amounted to 329,000 (331,000).

Elisa had total revenues of €484 million in the second quarter, up 5.1% on the same period in 2020.

Its EBITDA was 1.2% lower at €166 million and profit before tax €96 million (-0.1%).
