Ad monetisation platform Smart AdServer has announced the acquisition of integrated video advertising marketplace DynAdmic.
Founded in Paris in 2012, DynAdmic pulls in 60% of its revenues in the United States, where Smart has been looking to increase its own presence. DynAdmic operates exclusive video advertising campaigns, 40% of which is for OTT and Connected TV. Its technology and operations will be integrated within Smart’s offering.

The addition of DynAdmic complements Smart’s cookie-free and CTV strengths, which are the most critical shifts in our industry, explains Arnaud Creput, CEO, Smart.

Smart works directly with buyers and publishers including Groupe Marie Claire, TracFone, Le Figaro, Leboncoin, Altice Media Publicité, and IMGUR places ads on 50,000 sites and apps.
